
Anthony Reardon
Anthony has over 20 years global experience, having lived in Australia, North America and Asia. He was awarded Australasia's Risk Manager of the year in 2018.
Before starting ERM International, Anthony was the Head of Risk Strategy and Transformation for BHP where he led a global transformation program to elevate BHP to international best practice.
Prior to this, he led the remediation of the risk team and risk practices for a multi-billion dollar project following significant failings; He was the global lead to design and implement a GRC solution; and he led a catastrophic risk management program in response to multiple fatality events in 2008. Anthony has also worked in insurance as a Chief Risk Officer, and with commercial teams in Singapore.

Bronwyn Friday
Bronwyn is a tertiary-qualified Risk Manager with over 20 years experience.
Before joining ERM International, Bronwyn was the Head of Risk for Woolworths Group, supporting their strategic planning and transformational change programs.
As the Head of Risk for one of Australia’s largest energy and gas utilities, Bronwyn introduced and managed resilience programs including crisis, business continuity and security management in critical infrastructure environments.
Bronwyn has also introduced comprehensive risk management processes for a Tier 1 construction company with over 100 projects ranging from $5 billion to $20,000.

Richard Stanwix
Richard Stanwix is a risk practitioner with 30 years of global experience. He has worked for, or consulted to Fortune and ASX 100 companies, and all levels of Government.
Richard has spent the last 12 years specifically focussed on "critical infrastructure risk" - seeking to protect and maximise the performance of the industries and assets that underpin our society.
Richard spent 5 years leading risk management, corporate and regulatory compliance, business continuity, security and emergency management at Australia’s largest listed energy infrastructure organisation.
Richard was the primary contracted risk advisor to the Commonwealth Government of Australia for 2 years.
Richard has also worked with the world’s largest resources companies in the assessment of their highest consequence risks.
Richard has supported client teams across the spectrum, from front line teams to C-Suite Executives and Boards.

Kim Pelly
Kim has 15 years experience as a Risk and Compliance practitioner.
Prior to joining ERM International, Kim was the General Manager for Risk and Safety at one of Queensland’s leading youth and community programs and sports and recreational facility providers. Over a two-year period, Kim transformed risk management strategies across their 160 sites, including reporting to the Board.
Kim has spent her career significantly strengthening enterprise risk management and governance through the design and implementation of the three lines model and risk management system in the aviation and education sectors. She had responsibility for risk management, internal audit and compliance at an enterprise level, including the creation of thought leadership materials on future and emerging risks for the Executive and the Board committees.
Kim has served as the President of the Australasian Universities Risk and Insurance Management Society and is a current Board member of the Pan-Asian Risk and Insurance Management Association.
